Controlled Remote Viewing (CRV) is the scientifically validated trained skill, using our natural psi-ability, to perceive objects, persons, or events at any location distant in space or time. Conceived and developed in the laboratory, it has been scientifically tested and validated through almost 40 years of operational projects. It was popularised in the mid 1990s, following the declassification of documents related to a Top Secret 20-million-dollar research program named Project “STAR GATE”, sponsored by the U.S. Federal Government to determine the potential application of psychic phenomena.
