The start of the Christmas period, in this wonderful Wiltshire town, centre of the crops of the rich Wiltshire vale of Pewsey, near the famous Kennet and Avon Canal, going from London to Bristol, so the crops could be delivered to market 200 years ago. Later the famous Crop Circles, and half way between Stonehenge in the south on the A303, and Avebury – Silbury Hill on the A4. This festival is for the children, and was just in time for the winter winds and sprinkle of snow the next morning.
