Bases Restricted is a special channel for researchers to access files on a one off permission bases. Some of the material may be reloads of deleted material and in the public domain, so ex hosts can get related material easily.
If you wish to see a file you must say why and agree to not re-upload or share links at breach of trust penalty. Bases is a private research project, only made public for the benefit of the public. Abuse of any of the material, by breach of good faith will not be tolerated. Broadcasters are able to access material by agreement.
